A 600g wire weight is attached to the end of this cable, and can be left hanging or sit upon the floor. It will maintain straight hanging cables. All fittings & weight in polished chrome finish. N.B. Additional weights also available!

Using weighted cables is the ideal solution for people who can not / do not want to cause damage fixing the cables to their floor or surfaces. The cable is threaded through the weights central hole and secured underneath with a stud & hex/allen key bolt. Whether you are displaying large panels, artwork canvases, or have your display in an open draughty environment; the 600g weight will help to maintain cable stability and prevent your cables from easily swinging! And even additional weights can still be added to the same suspended cables (Sold separately). N.B. Multiple weights are highly recommended for excessively long hanging cables in very draughty locations!

Ceiling cable fixture & weight installation:

Separate the ceiling fitting's chrome shell from it's brass screw mount (concealed inside)
Screw the brass mount into the ceiling in the desired position
Reattach the chrome shell with attached cable
Thread cable through the weight, once in position tighten it's grub screw to secure
Cut any access cable away for a neat finish
Do above steps for second ceiling cable, keeping in mind the width of your acrylic pockets!
