Boss Wood Shelf Support Single, Chrome Finish (Shelving & Cabinets on Cables)

The boss shelf support is made of a hard-wearing brass, and finished in a high quality polished chrome. This support is screwed into the side of the shelving rather than clamping around the edges, and can be used for a hardwood, mdf, chipboard, and even plastic acrylic shelf. This support can also be installed onto the sides of wooden cabinets to hang them, rather than screwing them directly to the wall! The boss support splits into 2 pieces. A brass mount is screwed into the side of the shelf, and the chrome cap is placed over it and fastened with an allen/hex bolt. Now simply thread a suspended cable through the 3mm slot/hole, and secure the support in place with the other allen/hex bolt. N.B. You would require at least 4 boss supports & cables for any suspended shelf
