Hanging Rod Security Hook, 40kg Anti-theft Picture Hanger (J Rail, C Rail & P Rail)

The Hanging Rod Security Hook is a heavy duty anti-theft picture hanger, that uses a bolted latch to prevent pictures being removed from the hook. Hanging rod hooks are designed to be attached to 4mm steel hanging rods; that enable you to hang hang extremely heavy pictures from a j rail, c rail & p rail gallery system track. Simply slide the hook upwards from the bottom of the rod into position. The hook can't be pulled downwards unless you left the front of the hook up, which releases the locking spring. To secure your picture to the hook, your close the anti-theft latch over the d-ring, strap hanger, picture cord thats on the back of the canvas or frame, and secure it using the hex bolt and allen key!

A single hanging rod security hook has the weight capacity of 40kg (89lbs), but that can be increased by adding additional hanging rods & hooks! N.B. When hanging wide paintings such as landscapes, we always recommend using 2 rods (either side / left & right) to support & keep the painting straight/level, especially for long periods of time!
